Electro-luminescence tests (ELCD tests)

Thanks to the ELCD tests we evaluate the quality of the cell production process and detect possible defects in PV cells caused when handling cells and panels. The tests reveal material and production defects in solar cells, hidden defects in the internal panel structure and micro-cracks in cells, which impact the long term stability of PV cell performance.

Thermal vision camera tests

Thermal vision camera combines infrared and optical images. We thus get important information faster and easier. Digital image enables a perfect analysis of infrared images, easy identificati on of problem areas and rapid solutions of defects. The instrument thus helps with onsite maintenance.

Flash testers

First of the many testers which we use in our specialized test laboratory are Flash Testers. This equipment flashes the individual panels with prescribed amount of energy at constant temperature and then measures their true output performance. Each panel has its own serial number and before it is given to the client it goes through a Flash Tester. These photovoltaic panel test results from these Flash Testers are the most important indicator in determining the true output of your panels.
